Lead .Net Developer - Entity Framework

We are seeking a highly experienced Dotnet Lead with over 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in .NET technologies, leadership qualities to manage teams, and excellent problem-solving skills to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design.

- Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to standards.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance.

- Drive initiatives for application performance tuning, scalability, and security.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and introduce relevant tools/frameworks to improve development processes.

- Support deployment, production issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API.

- Expertise in SQL Server (queries, procedures, triggers, performance optimization).

- Strong knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and design patterns.

- Experience in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS for front-end integration.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud services.

- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React).

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
