Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, and .NET Core.

- Implement solutions involving Microsoft Office Interop for automating and integrating Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through code reviews and best practices.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Assist with cloud integration and DevOps practices where applicable.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, and .NET Core.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Interop for automation and integration.

- Knowledge of database technologies, e.g., SQL Server, Entity Framework, or similar ORMs.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.

- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a development team.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
