Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C# and .NET 8.0 (or later), experience with relational databases, and a strong understanding of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and Test Automation practices.

This role requires hands-on technical leadership in an Agile/Scrum environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions for EU/US projects. The Lead Developer will act as both a senior individual contributor and a technical guide for the development team, ensuring code quality, architectural standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development & Technical Leadership :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET applications using C# and .NET 8.0+.

- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers, ensuring adherence to Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles.

- Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and architectural discussions.

- Ensure the implementation of test automation, unit testing, and integration testing practices.

Database Management & Integration :

- Design, develop, and maintain RDBMS-based systems, including SQLite or other SQL-based databases.

- Optimize database queries, stored procedures, and ensure efficient data access and performance.

- Ensure proper database design patterns aligned with application architecture.

Agile & Project Delivery :

- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.

- Collaborate closely with product owners, QA teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

- Support project planning, sprint estimations, and delivery tracking for EU/US projects.

CI/CD & Deployment :

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.

- Ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications across environments.

- Monitor and troubleshoot deployment and operational issues in collaboration with DevOps teams.

Quality Assurance & Best Practices :

- Promote a high-quality development mindset across the team.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and software development best practices.

- Drive initiatives for code refactoring, performance optimization, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on .NET development experience.

- Senior-level expertise in C# and .NET 8.0 (or later).

- Strong experience with RDBMS systems (SQLite, SQL Server, or similar).

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.

- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally 5+ years on EU or US projects.

- Strong application development background with a focus on Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and Test Automation.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
