Role Overview :

We are seeking a Lead MERN Stack Developer with strong technical leadership capabilities to drive development of enterprise applications hosted on AWS. The candidate should be capable of leading a development team, defining architecture, mentoring developers, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers.

- Define coding standards and best practices.

- Design scalable and secure cloud-native applications on AWS.

- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams.

- Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and resolve technical bottlenecks.

- Participate in customer discussions and solutioning activities.

- Manage project delivery timelines and technical risks.
