Lead Java Developer - Spring Boot

Java Developer Lead (10+ Years) Bangalore | Hybrid

Location : Bangalore

Work Model : Hybrid (3 days from office)

Experience : 5+ Years

Notice Period : Up to 21 Days

About the Role :

- Spring Boot End-to-end microservice/API implementation with solid understanding of dependency injection, controller-repository separation, exception handling, and request lifecycle.

- Oracle SQL : Ability to write complex queries (joins, subqueries, indexes) and optimize for large datasets (10M+ rows).

- REST API : Development Strong knowledge of HTTP methods, status codes, error schemas, and security headers (CORS, auth tokens).

- JUnit 5, Mockito Hands-on unit & integration testing with 70%+ coverage, using Mockito for mocking dependencies.

- Jenkins, Gradle/Maven Practical experience configuring CI jobs and managing builds. Deep scripting is not required.

- Logging (Log4j/SLF4J) Experience integrating structured logging and debugging using correlation IDs.

- Git, IntelliJ IDEA Proficiency in Git workflows, conflict resolution, and IntelliJ debugging (breakpoints, stack trace, thread dumps).

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Skill Preferred Expertise :

- Splunk / ELK Familiarity with log analysis and performance monitoring in production environments.

- Kafka / IBM MQ / Solace Understanding of messaging systems (producer/consumer, topics/queues, durable subscriptions).

- Harness Exposure to automated deployment pipelines is a plus (Jenkins experience acceptable).
