Lead Implementation Consultant - AI Applications

About the Role :

We are looking for a Lead Implementation Consultant to drive the successful implementation of AI-powered enterprise applications for global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. This role combines technical expertise, solution design, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-driven enterprise applications.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Design system architecture, data models, and integration strategies.

- Develop and optimize solutions using Python and Advanced SQL.

- Lead client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and technical discussions.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Manage implementation plans, technical risks, and stakeholder expectations.

- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and client environments.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 10 years of experience in Implementation Consulting, Technical Consulting, or Solution Delivery.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Advanced SQL.

- Good understanding of Data Engineering, analytics, and enterprise-scale datasets.

- Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and enterprise application implementation.

- Experience working with ERP, MES, LIMS, or enterprise integration platforms.

- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domain.

- Knowledge of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and 21 CFR Part 11.

- Exposure to manufacturing systems and regulated environments.
