About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Python, and hands-on experience in AI Agent Development using LangGraph and LangChain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

- Build backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.

- Develop responsive UI components using React.js.

- Work on backend scripts, automation, or AI workflows using Python.

- Build and deploy AI agents, conversational workflows, and automation flows.

- Implement and optimize AI pipelines using LangGraph and LangChain.

- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks into existing systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, AI/ML, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure code quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.

Required Skills & Experience :

Backend :

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot

- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.)

- Knowledge of REST API design, microservices, and backend architecture

Frontend :

- Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux/Context API

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ES6+

AI & Python :

- Proficiency in Python for AI workflows and automation

- Experience in building AI Agents

- Practical hands-on experience with :

1. LangGraph

2. LangChain

3. LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

4. RAG workflows and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)

General Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
