We are looking for a "Senior Fullstack Engineer" with 5 to 8 years of experience who can build scalable systems and also contribute to AI-driven product development, while mentoring team members and driving engineering excellence.

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid).

Experience : 5 to 8 Years (Less than 5 years and more than 8 years will not be accepted).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end fullstack applications using Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB.

- Build and integrate AI-powered features (LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents) into product workflows.

- Take complete ownership of features from design to deployment.

- Architect scalable backend systems and APIs with performance and reliability in mind.

- Collaborate with product teams to deliver intelligent, user-centric solutions.

- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and system design.

- Work on cloud-native deployments and scalable infrastructure (AWS).

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, improving their technical and problem-solving skills.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.

- Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions.

Required: Strong experience in :

- Angular (performance optimization, scalable frontend architecture).

- Node.js (APIs, event loop, microservices, scalability).

- MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation, optimization).

- Solid understanding of system design and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.

- Strong knowledge of API design, authentication, and security practices.

- Proven experience in product-based companies.
