Notice Period : Immediate to within 1 week (Preferred)

What we're looking for :

- Strong experience in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Experience in developing scalable web applications

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations

- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines

- Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud platforms

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage

- Strong understanding of database design and performance optimization

- Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using the MERN stack to ensure optimal performance for high-traffic environments.

- Mentor a team of talented developers by conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices to elevate the overall quality of our codebase.

- Collaborate with product owners to define technical specifications and project timelines, ensuring that deliverables align with long-term business objectives.

- Optimize database schemas and API integrations to improve system latency and data integrity for our end-users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing the reliability of our core services.
