Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer / Technical Lead for Battery Management System (BMS) Development to join our growing EV and Automotive Engineering team.

Key Requirements:

- Strong expertise in MATLAB, Simulink & Stateflow

- Experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development

- Hands-on exposure to Battery Management Systems (BMS) / Battery Pack Development preferred

- Knowledge of System Composer and DaVinci Developer

- Strong model review, debugging, and requirement analysis skills

- Experience in Software V-Cycle Development Process

- Proven team leadership experience, managing a team of 3+ engineers

- Planning, tracking, and milestone management expertise

Preferred Skills:

- Battery algorithms (SOC, SOH, SOP, Cell Balancing, Thermal Management)

- AUTOSAR exposure

- C Programming & Debugging

- EV/Hybrid Vehicle development experience

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
