About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer AI/ML to drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions with a strong emphasis on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI architectures. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building enterprise-grade AI solutions, validating innovative concepts, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deliver scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

- Build and implement GenAI workflows, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, LLM fine-tuning, prompt-driven agents, and automation pipelines.

- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and blueprint implementations to validate AI use cases.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and cloud AI services to recommend best-fit solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI strategies and solution roadmaps.

- Ensure AI solutions follow enterprise security, compliance, and responsible AI best practices.

- Mentor engineering teams and promote AI/ML best practices across projects.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 12 years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in AI/ML.

- Hands-on experience with Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and core Machine Learning concepts.

- Proven implementation experience in enterprise GenAI projects such as :

1. RAG-based chatbots

2. Workflow automation

3. Domain-specific AI models

- Strong understanding of :

1. AI architecture

2. Embeddings

3. Vector Databases

- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks.

- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and cloud-native AI/ML services.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with TensorFlow or similar Machine Learning libraries.

- Knowledge of scikit-learn.

- Experience building enterprise-scale AI applications.

- Exposure to MLOps and AI deployment best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
