Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. You will play a key role in automating deployment pipelines, improving system reliability, and collaborating closely with engineering, security, and product teams to deliver high-quality software at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines- to enable fast, reliable deployments

- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure- (AWS / Azure / GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

- Lead containerization and orchestration efforts using Docker and Kubernetes-

- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery for production systems

- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability

- Enforce security, compliance, and cost-optimization best practices

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis

- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to technical leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE roles

- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable)

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, etc.)

- Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and system administration

- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)

- Scripting skills in Python, Bash

- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with microservices architectures

- Knowledge of security best practices (IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning)

- Exposure to SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)

- Experience in high-scale or regulated environments

- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes)
