Role : Golang Lead Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Golang Lead Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Golang and proven team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering high-quality software.

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices.

- Work with Linux environments and ensure optimal system performance.

- Implement and maintain REST APIs, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration.

- Manage databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL systems.

- Ensure code quality using Git and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

- Focus on performance tuning, security, and system monitoring.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of backend development experience with strong Golang expertise.

- Hands-on experience with Linux.

- Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Proficiency with PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL, Git, CI/CD.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
