Lead Developer - Frontend & Backend Architecture

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of backend and frontend developers.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.

- Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular or React.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Review code, enforce coding standards, and conduct technical design reviews.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
