Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Data Scientist with direct, hands-on expertise in Market Mix Modeling (MMM) to lead advanced analytics initiatives. The role requires knowledge of predictive analytics, Bayesian modeling, and the ability to design, implement, and scale MMM solutions that drive marketing ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Market Mix Modeling : Build, validate, and deploy MMM frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize spend.

- MMM expertise : Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to quantify channel contributions and forecast outcomes.

- Bayesian Modeling : Implement Bayesian approaches for uncertainty quantification and robust inference in MMM.

- Predictive Analytics : Develop scalable models for forecasting demand, customer behavior, and campaign performance.

- Advanced ML Techniques : Apply supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning methods where relevant.

- Time Series Analysis : Conduct forecasting and trend analysis for marketing and sales data.

- Leadership : Mentor junior data scientists, set modeling standards, and ensure delivery excellence.

- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to translate MMM insights into actionable strategies.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-12 years of experience in Data Science with proven MMM project delivery.

- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TorchServe for model development and deployment.

- Expertise in Bayesian statistics, predictive modeling, and time series forecasting.

- Solid understanding of marketing data, attribution models, and ROI measurement.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional alignment.

Educational Criteria :

Any qualification (Preferably BE/BTech - Any stream).
