Lead Content Developer - .Net Framework

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Lead Content Developer (.NET) to build and manage application-level content on our learning platform. In this role, youll create real-world sample apps, hands-on project templates, and coding scenarios that help learners develop practical skills. Youll collaborate with product and content teams to develop full-stack applications, integrate APIs, and simulate enterprise-grade workflows that are deployable, testable, and scalable. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building real applications and translating that into project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop production-quality web applications used as learning projects or assessments.

- Create full-stack templates and sample projects in MERN / MEAN / .NET Core, aligned with industry standards.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs, auth mechanisms, DB models, and real-world workflows.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are technically robust, scalable, and pedagogically relevant.

- Review and refactor codebases to ensure best practices in architecture, security, and performance.

- Work with QA and content teams to make projects testable and auto-evaluated within our platform.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the design of the overall learning architecture.

- Lead and mentor a team of content developers.

- Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality.

- Provide technical guidance and support team growth.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content goals.

Preferred Technical Expertise :

- ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, Entity Framework Core

- SQL Server, Web API, Microservices

- Angular (for frontend), HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Testing with NUnit, Karma

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.

- Strong in real-world application development, not just algorithms or theory.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and modular code.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams or startups.

- Passion for education, learning, and improving how developers grow.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience in creating developer challenges, hands-on labs, or automated code assessments.

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure).

- Familiarity with DevOps workflows or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
