Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Backend Engineer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, Node.js, and experience with modern databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or SQL. The ideal candidate will lead backend architecture and development initiatives, oversee CI/CD and Cloud DevOps implementations, and guide a high-performing engineering team to deliver scalable and secure backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems using C#, .NET, and Node.js.

- Architect robust APIs and microservices aligned with business needs and performance standards.

- Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

- Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation, ensuring smooth deployment cycles and minimal downtime.

- Manage and mentor a team of backend developers, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and performance.

- Ensure application reliability, scalability, and security across all backend components.

- Conduct regular code reviews, provide technical guidance, and enforce engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot and optimize backend performance, database queries, and system bottlenecks.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define architectural strategy and long-term technology roadmap.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Framework/Core.

- Expertise in Node.js development and service integration.

- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or SQL databases.

- Solid understanding of Cloud DevOps principles (Azure/AWS/GCP preferred).

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).

- Familiarity with API design, REST, and GraphQL frameworks.

- Experience in designing and implementing software architecture and scalable backend solutions.

- Strong debugging, optimization, and analytical skills.
