Role Summary:

- Lead the design and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

- Build Agentic AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and RAG.

- Develop and deploy ML models and integrate LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).

- Design scalable AI architectures, APIs, and production-ready AI systems.

- Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML (5+ years relevant AI/ML experience).

- Strong hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch.

- Expertise in Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and LLMs.

- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).

- Knowledge of FastAPI/Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Strong understanding of MLOps and deploying AI solutions at scale.
