Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Voice AI, and AI application development. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable AI solutions, real-time applications, LLM-based systems, and AI-powered APIs.

Candidate Requirements:

- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or software engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI/LLM technologies.

- Experience developing scalable APIs, microservices, and production-grade applications.

- Practical experience with LLM integrations, embeddings, vector databases, and conversational or voice AI solutions.

- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and real-time communication.

- Candidates must be willing to work from the office five days a week in Hyderabad.

- Candidates should be immediate joiners or serving their notice period, with a maximum notice period of 15 - 20 days.

- Candidates who have not resigned or are currently on the bench should not be considered.
