Job Description :

- Lead the technical solutioning process for all AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, architectural standards, and the overall AI/ML strategy.

- Define and maintain the architectural vision and roadmap for AI solutions, incorporating best practices, emerging technologies, and the evolving needs of the Healthcare IT domain.

- Design end-to-end AI solutions, including data ingestion, processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications, while also contributing to the overall strategic direction of AI initiatives.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other technical experts to ensure successful project execution, providing technical guidance and mentorship throughout the development lifecycle.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI solutions, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines, to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.

- Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, platforms, and tools to support the organization's AI initiatives, with a focus on leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services where appropriate.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects to validate the feasibility and value of proposed AI solutions, ensuring that they align with the organization's strategic goals.

- Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and other Healthcare IT requirements.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and related fields, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

- Work with US team and leaders to provide project status, risk assessment, and strategic recommendations, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned on project goals and timelines.

- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.

AI Engineer - L2 & L3 Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms. Focus on building Proof of Concept (POC) applications to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability for model training and evaluation.

- Troubleshoot and debug AI/ML models and applications.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML.

- Utilize machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) to develop and deploy models.

- Develop and deploy AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.

- Utilize Vertex AI for model training, deployment, and management.

- Integrate and leverage Google Gemini for specific AI functionalities.

Requirements :

- Degree in Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing AI/ML models.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Good understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.

- Familiarity with Vertex AI is a plus.
