Job Responsibilities :

- Works with various stakeholders on understanding, translating use cases into required solutions in applicable Modules/Screens/APIs and ensure the requirements are clear, complete and correct with documentations.

- Implementation of the Front end and Integration requirements into Secure, Scalable and high performing screens to support the backend modules.

- Complete the configuration of User Stories using OOTB features with minimum customization and custom development.

- Design, Develop and Test the Pages as per the functional and non-functional requirements.

- Follow the culture of good security, coding standards, best practices and adhere to the standards & guidelines, including Design, Developed Code, Functional & Non-functional Testing, pipeline, Deployments and Project documentation.

- Create the required CI/CD Pipeline, manage deployments and prepare the required documentation.

- Anticipating the technology risks and ensuring to have the contingency plans in place, Suggesting improvements to the existing landscape.

- Works collaboratively with other Technology teams that take care of Infrastructure, Applications and Data, to ensure we work towards a common goal to meet customers and Business satisfaction.

- Architecture & solution design ownership, Team leadership / mentoring.

- Stakeholder management, Delivery accountability, Governance & decision-making.

Preferred Credentials :

Work Experience :

- Experience in Insurance Domain IT systems, process is key.

- 10+ years as Adobe AEM developer with 2 to 4 end to end implementations / Deployments.

- 5+ years of experience of using the Adobe AEM Portals.

- Has hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Frontend Technologies/RN, JS and Backend Technologies/Java APIs, Apache Sling, OSGi, and microservices, PHP/MySQL, REST APIs, and GraphQL.

- Experience in Development of Adobe AEM Portals and binding of external APIs.

- Experience in Agile, DevOps and Containerization.

- Experience of setting up Authentication and Authorization.

Qualifications :

- Graduation / Postgraduation (Engineering, IT, CS).

Certifications :

- Adobe AEM Certified and other related certifications are a plus.

Competencies :

- 10+ Years of Development experience in AEM Frontend, Backend and certified in Adobe AEM.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and Team skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
