About the Role :

LatentBridge is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. You will architect robust, scalable, and secure AI systems leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and advanced Machine Learning while mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable AI/ML solutions.

- Build production-grade Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.

- Design and optimize RAG pipelines, AI Agents, and multi-agent workflows.

- Lead ML pipeline deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

- Develop FastAPI-based AI services.

- Implement semantic search using Vector Databases.

- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and global clients.

- Ensure scalability, security, monitoring, and production readiness.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 - 12 years of professional AI/ML experience.

- Expert Python and SQL skills.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.

- Experience with FastAPI or Flask.

- AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.

- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployments.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills :

- LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT.

- LangSmith, Langfuse, MLflow, Arize.

- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

- Apache Airflow.

- Responsible AI, Guardrails, OCR, Document Intelligence, Knowledge Graphs.
