We are seeking a skilled and motivated GCP Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with strong expertise in BigQuery, Python, and SQL. You will work closely with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to build scalable and efficient data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes on GCP.

- Build and optimize data warehouses and analytical solutions using BigQuery.

- Develop data processing and automation scripts using Python.

- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance across data platforms.

- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, performance issues, and system bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.

- Implement best practices for data engineering, performance optimization, and cloud-based architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Expertise in BigQuery for data warehousing and analytics.

- Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.

- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

- Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipeline development.

- Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud architecture principles.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
