Role & responsibilities :

Role Summary :

We are looking for experienced Network L2 Engineers to join the Data Network Operations team. The role is responsible for supporting enterprise network infrastructure through troubleshooting, implementation, deployment, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Routing & Switching, Cisco ACI, Cisco Wireless, and Firewall technologies while ensuring high network availability in a 24x7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2 operational support for enterprise network infrastructure.

- Perform network troubleshooting and resolve incidents related to LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Wireless environments.

- Execute implementation and deployment activities for network devices and infrastructure.

- Configure, monitor, and support Routing & Switching environments.

- Support Cisco ACI-based Data Center networks.

- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless infrastructure.

- Configure and support enterprise firewall solutions such as FortiGate or Cisco ASA.

- Perform network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities as per change management processes.

- Collaborate with L3 teams and vendors for complex technical issues.

- Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and maintain network availability.

Mandatory Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in Network Operations (L2 Support).

- Strong hands-on experience in Routing & Switching.

- Experience with Cisco ACI.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless.

- Experience with FortiGate or Cisco ASA Firewall.

- Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.

- Experience in network implementation and deployment activities.

- Good understanding of LAN, WAN, and Data Center networking.

- Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
