Job Description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled L2 Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in enterprise network environments. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, incident resolution, configuration support, and ensuring high availability and performance of network services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2 support for network incidents, service requests, and changes

- Troubleshoot issues related to routing, switching, VPNs, SD-WAN, wireless, and load balancers

- Perform fault analysis and RCA for protocols like OSPF, BGP, IPSec

- Manage and support Cisco ACI fabric (tenants, EPGs, contracts)

- Handle Cisco SD-WAN controllers and edge devices

- Configure and troubleshoot F5 Load Balancers

- Support Aruba wireless infrastructure (APs, controllers)

- Work with L3 teams, NOC, ISPs, and vendors for issue resolution

- Maintain documentation, incident records, and SLA compliance

- Participate in network changes, upgrades, and migrations

Mandatory Skills (Strict Screening) :

- Core Networking

- Strong experience in Routing & Switching (LAN/WAN)

- Hands-on with OSPF and BGP protocols

- Strong understanding of network troubleshooting & RCA

- Advanced Networking (Must Have)

- Cisco SD-WAN (Mandatory)

- Cisco ACI (Mandatory)

- IPSec VPN (Mandatory)

- F5 Load Balancers (Mandatory)

- Wireless Aruba (Mandatory)

- Other Required Skills

- Experience in enterprise network support (L2 level)

- Knowledge of high availability & redundancy concepts

- Experience with ITIL processes (incident/change management)

What Were Looking For :

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Ability to work in 24x7 support environment

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to handle critical incidents and escalations

Good to Have :

- Certifications : Cisco / Aruba / F5

- Experience in banking or large enterprise environments

- Exposure to monitoring tools and ticketing systems
