In addition to these core services, candidates must demonstrate a solid proficiency in:

- Terraform : For Infrastructure as Code management.

- GitHub : Advanced usage for versioning and CI/CD pipelines.

- Python : Strong software engineering level (not limited to basic scripting).

- Data Modeling : with significant exposure to data modeling practices, not just superficial knowledge.

Advanced Technical Expertise : (includes all Data Engineer skills +)

- System Architecture : Design and implement large-scale, end-to-end data architectures on GCP

- Performance Tuning : Expert optimization of complex pipelines and BigQuery (cost & scalability)

- Advanced Data Modeling : Slowly changing dimensions, data vault modeling, complex scenarios

- Advanced Programming : Python for custom frameworks and complex processing logic

- Infrastructure as Code : Terraform for cloud infrastructure management

- Containers & API : Docker, Serverless architecture, API development and security (OWASP)

- Agile : Expert knowledge of agile methodologies and ceremonies

Seniority :

- Experience : 5- 8+ years in data engineering

- Leadership : Minimum 2 years leading projects, mentoring engineers, or making architectural decisions

- Portfolio : Complex projects showcasing expertise in scalable and reliable data solutions

- Team Management : Demonstrated ability to ensure team efficiency and coordinate technical implementations

- Technical Vision : Proven track record supporting and implementing technical visions for data products

Production at Scale :

- Extensive experience deploying and maintaining data solutions in production
