Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on technical expertise with proven delivery management skills and has experience building or integrating AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. You will guide engineering teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams across the full software development lifecycle.

- Own project delivery, including planning, estimation, risk management, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

- Define technical architecture and solution design, and review code, design, and quality standards.

- Drive adoption of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI agents, chatbots, predictive analytics) in client projects.

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, including status reporting and escalation handling.

- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum delivery practices, SLAs, and KPIs.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and business teams on proposals, effort estimation, and solution demos.

- Promote DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud best practices.

- Manage team performance, hiring, upskilling, and career development.

- Ensure data security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical lead or delivery management role.

- Strong hands-on background in one or more of: Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, or React/Angular.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Working experience with AI/ML and Generative AI: LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama), prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma), LangChain or similar frameworks.

- Familiarity with ML tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.

- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies, and tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
