Role : AI Technical Lead

- Own AI solutions technically and drive end-to-end from stakeholder interaction, conceptualization, PoC, to product ionization.

- Drive quick Proof of Concept / Feasibility of the solution.

- Support pre-sales in proposing the right solution, customer engagement, and plan.

- Responsible for technical artifacts creation for the solution.

- Drive the solution to maturity and production grade through the team.

- Keep up to date with technology trends and apply them appropriately in the solution.

Key Skills Required :

- Experience in Multi-Agent AI system design and development for business problems with standard Agent SDK, A2A, MCP.

- Experience in GenAI solutions design and development like RAG, Agentic RAG, Vector DB, Agentic Patterns Orchestrator, Planner.

- Experience in fine-tuning various LLMs like Mistral, Olama with domain data.

- Experience in designing evaluation and Agent Ops for Agentic AI solutions.

- Experience in training ANN for NLP, Computer Vision problems with Object Detection Models, Transformer Models, Prediction Models.

- Strong Python system design and development, microservices, docker, Kubernetes, AWS / Azure.
