Profile overview :

Were hiring a Data Architect to design and lead the data foundations that make our AI work both inside our CoE and across the client engagements we deliver. Youll own data modeling, ETL/ELT design, migration strategy, and the Data Readiness for AI service offering our consultants take to market.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Reference data architectures and canonical Azure-based blueprints.

- Data modeling end-to-end including conceptual, logical, and physical.

- ETL/ELT and data pipelines design and oversight using Azure Data Factory, Synapse pipelines, Fabric Data Engineering, and Azure Databricks.

- Migration leadership to plan and execute heterogeneous data migrations.

- Data Readiness for AI service offering.

- AI/ML data layer in the CoE.

- Governance, quality, and lineage.

- R&D and team enablement.

- Presales partnership.

- Team leadership.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex data architectures within the Azure ecosystem, including deep knowledge of cloud-native data services.

- Proven ability to build and maintain robust ETL frameworks and streaming architectures using Spark and Kafka.

- Strong proficiency in advanced data modeling techniques and SQL Server optimization for large-scale enterprise environments.

- Ability to bridge the gap between technical data engineering and machine learning model deployment, ensuring seamless integration into production.

- Exceptional communication skills to articulate architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional engineering teams.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, with a preference for candidates comfortable working in a hybrid or on-site model in Bangalore.
