Job Title : Product Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in supply chain finance, understands customer pain points, and can translate business goals into scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to build and deliver features.

- Prioritize requirements using data-driven insights, balancing customer needs with business impact.

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle : from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations.

- Build business cases for new features/products with clear ROI.

- Track product adoption, usage metrics, and continuously optimize user experience.

- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and innovations in fintech.

Requirements :

- 5 to 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or supply chain finance platforms.

- Strong understanding of financial products, digital platforms, or trade finance/TReDS (preferred).

- Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and successfully launching scalable products.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).

- Technical background or ability to work closely with engineering teams is a plus.
