- Making models actually work in production :

We hire across every level - Junior to Staff :

- Same engineering bar. Growing scope.

1. Junior (0 - 2 yrs) : Ships well-scoped work, strong fundamentals

2. Mid (2 - 5 yrs) : Owns features end-to-end

3. Senior (5+ yrs) : Owns systems and reliability, mentors, drives design

4. Staff / Lead : Sets technical direction and makes long-horizon bets

What ties both tracks together?

End-to-end ownership : design - build - ship - monitor - on-call.

We care about clean, well-tested code and treat reliability, latency, cost, and observability as first-class requirements.

And because we're building in a regulated environment, data privacy, access controls, and auditability are part of the job - not an afterthought.

What we look for :

- Strong CS fundamentals - data structures, algorithms and system design

- A track record of shipping software in production

- Nice to have : fintech / lending / payments or other regulated-domain experience

- LLMOps / MLOps tooling, vector databases and evaluation frameworks

- Open-source contributions or AI/ML side projects
