Kratin Software Solutions - .Net Technical Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a .NET Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing enterprise-level projects on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in .NET development and architecture, combined with proven skills in Agile project management, stakeholder communication, and technical leadership. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-based solutions, ensuring code quality, system scalability, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of .NET and Azure-based projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to business requirements.

- Oversee Azure deployments including Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Key Vault, ADF, and related services.

- Collaborate with architects and developers to enforce design best practices, SOLID principles, and microservices architecture standards.

- Conduct technical reviews on GitHub pull requests, focusing on code quality, redundancy elimination, logic clarity, security, and maintainability.

- Ensure CI/CD pipelines are optimized and integrated with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions for automated deployments.

- Drive effective collaboration using Jira (project tracking) and Confluence (documentation).

- Mentor team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and system security practices.

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable plans.

- Maintain risk logs, sprint reports, and project documentation for visibility at the management level.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in project management or technical leadership roles.

- Strong technical background in .NET Core, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, WebAPI, SQL Server.

- Proven expertise with Azure services : Service Bus, Key Vault, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, ADF.

- Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns (Factory, Singleton), and microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.

- Proficiency in project tracking tools (Jira) and documentation platforms (Confluence).

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

- Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Azure certification (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, AKS).

- Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular/React) is a plus.
