- Define and own the enterprise AI roadmap aligned to business goals and outcomes.

- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/GenAI/Agentic AI use cases; define value metrics and adoption plans.

- Establish AI governance (Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance) and operating model for scaled adoption.

Team Overview :

At KPMG, within the Consulting service line, we are seeking a highly skilled AI professional with strong expertise on AI-driven solutions that align with our clients' needs. You will be expected to build scalable and production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, implement best practices across AI lifecycle and engineering, and continuously enhance your technical capabilities to stay aligned with evolving AI and cloud technologies.

This role is for you if you have the below :

Educational qualifications :

- A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent.

Work experience :

- 14+ years of overall technology experience, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML and Generative AI leadership roles.

Roles & responsibilities (Cont.) :

- Provide strategic advisory to executive leadership on AI/GenAI investments, architecture choices, and business value realization.

- Engage with client stakeholders to define AI transformation strategies, identify high-value use cases, and shape enterprise AI adoption roadmaps.

- Lead client engagements end-to-end, translating business problems into scalable AI solutions and ensuring successful adoption and outcomes.

- Architect and lead delivery of production-grade AI systems (LLM apps, RAG/knowledge systems, agentic workflows, tool/function calling) with guardrails, evaluation, and observability.

- Own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation - pilot - production; ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Create reusable reference architectures, patterns, and accelerators to enable repeatable delivery across engagements.

- Drive MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, drift, retraining) for enterprise-scale operations.

- Provide technology consultation; define scope and sizing; deliver best-fit architecture solutions across projects.

- Build and mentor teams; influence cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Security, and Data to drive execution.

Preferred technical & functional skills :

- Experience with fine-tuning techniques and advanced model optimization.

- Familiarity with LLM evaluation, guardrails, and hallucination mitigation techniques.

- Exposure to AI agent frameworks and workflow automation platforms.

- Experience with enterprise AI platform tools such as Databricks, MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex Pipelines.

- Knowledge of large-scale data ecosystems (BigQuery, EMR, data lakes, streaming platforms).

- Exposure to domain-specific AI use cases (e.g., healthcare, finance, supply chain, retail).

- Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, bias, explainability, and compliance.

Mandatory technical & functional skills :

- Generative AI & LLMs : GPT, Llama, Claude; prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation.

- Agentic AI & RAG Systems : LangChain/LangGraph; multi-agent orchestration, tool calling; embeddings, retrieval, vector databases.

- Machine Learning & Deep Learning : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn; NLP, transformers, classical ML.

- MLOps / LLMOps : model lifecycle, CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, observability.

- Cloud & AI Platforms : AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (OpenAI), GCP (Vertex AI).

- Microservices & APIs : REST/GraphQL, distributed systems, enterprise integration patterns.

- Data & Storage : SQL, NoSQL, data modeling, large-scale processing.

- Software & Architecture : scalable system design, performance optimization, enterprise architecture.

- Stakeholder & Leadership : experience leading teams and driving outcomes across functions.
