About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in the Kore.ai platform to lead development efforts for conversational AI solutions. This role requires solid technical depth, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering enterprise-grade chat and voice automation using agent-based architectures and prompt engineering techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers in building and deploying bots on the Kore.ai platform

- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical implementations

- Implement Dialog Tasks, NLP configurations, webhook integrations, and channel setups

- Support the integration of LLM-based features and apply prompt engineering for smart responses

- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to ensure technical alignment

- Conduct code reviews, quality checks, and provide mentorship to junior developers

- Monitor and optimize performance, handle escalations and support production deployments

- Stay updated with platform enhancements, SDKs, and GenAI tools within Kore.ai

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Kore.ais Bot Builder, BotKit, Webhooks, and multi-channel deployments

- Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and REST API integrations

- Working knowledge of prompt design and LLM features (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)

- Familiarity with NLP/NLU models, intent/entity creation, and fallback handling

- Strong debugging, code optimization, and peer review practices

- Effective communication and team leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Kore.ai Developer Certification

- Understanding of agentic workflows and GenAI orchestration

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
