Why this role?

KONE IT is accelerating its strategic adoption of AWS cloud and AI-driven DevOps practices to build scalable, automated, and secure enterprise software. We seek an AWS Full Stack Development Leader to guide a 50+ engineering team in driving cloud-native DevOps excellence and AI/ML integration for business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor teams in adopting DevOps, DevSecOps, and AI-driven software development practices.

- Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud automation using AWS services and tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, Kubernetes, Lambda).

- Champion integration of AI/ML tools and techniques including AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda-based inference, and GenAI API integration to enhance software delivery and innovation.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards globally.

- Own resource planning, budgeting, and operational excellence in software development with a focus on automation and scalability.

- Collaborate globally to set DevOps and AI strategy aligned with business transformation initiatives.

Core Tech Stack :

- Infrastructure Automation : AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS)

- CI/CD : GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins

- Monitoring & Security : AWS CloudWatch, AWS Config, GuardDuty, IAM, Secrets Manager

- AI/ML Tools : AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, AWS Lambda for serverless AI/ML workflows, API integrations with generative AI tools

Desired Profile :

- Proven leadership in driving DevOps transformation and AI/ML adoption at scale in large teams (50+ members).

- Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and pipeline automation.

- Experience embedding AI/ML capabilities within development workflows to improve automation, testing, and deployment.

- Skilled in leading organizational change and operational excellence in a matrixed, global environment.
