Kohler - Assistant Manager - PowerApps

Primary Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

- Integrate Power Apps with other existing internal systems using REST APIs and Power automate flow.

- Maintain and enhance existing applications and workflows.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users.

- Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.

- Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).

- Expertise in Power Automate for workflow automation.

- Proficient in SharePoint Online and Dataverse.

- Good understanding of JSON, XML, and REST APIs.

- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Proven ability to implement end-to-end business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Familiarity with React and AngularJS.

- Experience with Web Services and integration techniques.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience & Education :

- 67 Years in Power Apps, Power Automate flow, SharePoint Online and Dataverse.

- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
