As a Data Integration Architect at Kearney, you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each clients unique needs, projects can differ in length, size, and location, giving you unique, hands-on experiences across a range of industries and service practices.

Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Architect to help lead the regional design and delivery of next-generation, data for planning competency. This role is central to our transformation team as we embed planning data domains, remediation, validation, and platform integration activities across supply chain planning initiatives into the core of how we operate and deliver value to our clients. The role will focus on enabling trusted, Advanced Supply Chain Planning Systems (APS)-ready data flows from enterprise systems into planning platforms such as Kinaxis, O9, while also contributing to building reusable Data & AI assets & accelerators, including enterprise data engineering, platform integration, data architecture alignment, and AI/ML enablement through high-quality, governed data pipelines.

We want to hear from you if you have the following skills :

Technologies & Concepts :

- Programming & Middleware : Python, SQL, MuleSoft, Informatica/Talend/Fivetran, or others

- Enterprise Integration Patterns : ETL/ELT, Event-Driven, MCP, Secure API architecture, user feedback loops, and/or MLOps/LLMOps Framework

- Data Engineering : Batch/Near-real-time ingestion pipelines, transformation logic, schema evolution, semi-structured data workflows

- Data Management : AI-Driven data mapping, transformation, source data reconciliation, DQ Rules, Validation, Integration Testing & Troubleshooting

Nice to Have :

- GenAI & Agentic Tools : RAGAS, Langfuse, LangGraph, Llamaindex, Vector Databases (FAISS, PGVector, Weaviate, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Search)

- AI Architectures : Retrieval-Augmented Generation, In-Context Learning, Agent Design, Function Calling, LLM Fine-Tuning & Adaptation Strategies

Ideal Background :

- 10+ years of experience in data integration architecture and enterprise data delivery.

- Experience supporting supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or ERP-driven data initiatives.

- Hands-on experience with at least one or two major integration/data engineering tools.

- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale data ecosystems, defining data architecture standards, frameworks, and integration design specifications.

- Strong exposures to cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), API & event-driven production-grade systems integration experience.

- Experience leading technical teams across all phases of the engagement lifecycle.
