The Role :

We're looking for an AI Engineer who thinks in systems, not just code.

Someone who can architect a data pipeline in the morning, integrate an LLM into a product by afternoon, and debug a database schema.

This is not a narrow specialist role it's a builder role for someone who loves AI deeply and wants to shape how an entire company runs on it.

What You'll Do :

- Design and build AI-powered internal tools, automations, and integrations

- Architect data systems from database schema design to ETL pipelines

- Integrate and fine-tune AI/ML models for real business problems

- Work with LLM APIs for prompt engineering, agents, and tool use

- Own end-to-end delivery: backend services, data layer, and when needed, frontend

- Train and improve in-house AI systems

- Collaborate directly with the CTO and Founder on high-impact projects

What We're Looking For :

- Python, primary language

- Architecture mindset, data modeling, service design, scalability thinking

- Database fluency, comfortable with both SQL and NoSQL patterns

- AI/ML understanding, training models, RAG pipelines, or API integrations

- API integration experience, REST, webhooks, third-party services

- Prior office/team experience, knows how to collaborate in a team

- Speed + learning hunger, startup pace, ships fast, and learns faster

- Loves AI genuinely, not as a resume keyword, but as a daily obsession

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Docker, cloud infrastructure (AWS)

Frontend skills :

- Data engineering or data science background

- Familiarity with AI agents or tool-use frameworks
