You will work with customers' business teams to understand how they sell and service their products, and turn that into product strategy, specs, and designs that engineering teams build and ship.
The ideal candidate combines travel/cruiseline domain depth, technical fluency, and strong stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities :
Product strategy and ownership :

- Track industry trends and competitor products in travel and hospitality tech.
Technical product delivery :
- Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; create product workflows and designs for engineering teams.
- Lead cross-functional development and QA teams through sprint planning, release, and UAT.
- Work with architects on APIs, integrations, data models, and non-functional requirements such as performance and scalability.
- Use prototypes to validate requirements with customers before full build.
Data and continuous improvement :
- Define product KPIs and track adoption, performance, and business impact.
- Use SQL and analytics tools to analyse product data, validate system behaviour, and find improvement opportunities.
- Drive root-cause analysis of production issues and data-quality gaps.
Customer and stakeholder management :
- Run discovery workshops with enterprise customers to understand processes, pain points, and goals.
- Present roadmaps, release plans, and product performance to senior customer and internal stakeholders.
- Manage critical issues and escalations through to resolution.
- Identify where AI and automation (AI Voice, Chat, Agent Assist, Intelligent Workflows) can improve booking and servicing journeys.
Key requirements :
- 5 - 10 years of total experience, with 3+ years in product management (5+ years for the Senior level).
- Domain experience in cruise line, airline, or hospitality technology.
- Hands-on experience with a Central Reservation System, booking engine, or reservations platform.
- Working knowledge of inventory management, pricing, and distribution concepts.
- Technical fluency with REST APIs, integrations, data models, and SQL.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering and QA teams in an agile environment.
- Experience working with enterprise B2B customers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

- Background in B2B SaaS, CRM, or contact-centre platforms.
- Exposure to revenue management, demand forecasting, or AI/ML in travel.
- Experience with data warehouses and BI tools.
