We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced machine learning, AI, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to build scalable models, drive data-driven decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and deep learning models. Build AI/ML solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant frameworks. Develop Generative AI, LLM, RAG, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions.

- Design scalable AI architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Establish MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

- Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to identify high-impact use cases. Ensure model accuracy, scalability, explainability, security, and responsible AI practices.

- Mentor data scientists and drive technical excellence across AI/ML projects.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks for enterprise adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI/ML.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, vector databases, and NLP.

- Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.

- Knowledge of data engineering, Spark, Databricks, and data pipelines.

- Experience with model deployment, MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.

- Proven experience leading data science teams or large-scale AI/ML implementations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Cloud certifications in AI/ML.

- Experience with responsible AI, model governance, and enterprise data security. Industry experience in finance, healthcare, retail, telecom, or related sectors.
