Role Overview:

As a Product Manager for Mobile Depth, you will be responsible for enhancing the core functionality and user experience of our mobile applications. You will work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to optimize the Android ecosystem, ensuring our app remains performant, intuitive, and feature-rich. Your work will directly influence user retention and engagement metrics, shaping how millions of users interact with our services on their mobile devices daily.

Key Responsibilities:

- Android Feature Ownership: Design, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for our Android application, focusing heavily on maximizing user retention, daily active usage, and lead conversion.

- Mobile Lead Generation: Optimize the native mobile funnel to reduce friction, ensuring casual app searchers can seamlessly discover vendors and generate high-intent leads for our advertisers.

- Fulfillment & Booking Loops: Own the mobile execution for zero-payment fulfillment experiences (e.g., slot reservations, appointment booking). Ensure these workflows are smooth, intuitive, and properly handle native or third-party API integrations.

- App Engagement & Retention: Leverage Android-specific capabilities-such as contextual push notifications, smart widgets, and localized app experiences-to bring users back to the app regularly.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with Android developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and business teams to translate product requirements into crisp PRDs, managing features from initial wireframes to Play Store deployment.

- Data-Driven Iteration: Monitor app analytics, user feedback, and crash reports to continuously optimize application latency, search relevance, and funnel conversion rates.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex product features within a high-traffic mobile environment, specifically focusing on Android platforms.

- Strong technical understanding of Android OS architecture and mobile app integration processes to effectively communicate with engineering teams.

- Proven experience in translating user feedback and analytical insights into actionable product requirements and technical specifications.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Bangalore, managing multiple priorities with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.

- 2 to 6 years of professional experience in product management, preferably within the consumer internet or mobile-first technology space.
