Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable machine learning models to enhance the accuracy of candidate-job matching algorithms for our platform users.

- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis on recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.

- Clean, transform, and manage large-scale datasets using Pandas to ensure high data integrity for downstream modeling tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven features that improve the overall user experience and platform performance.

- Execute complex SQL queries to extract insights from relational databases, supporting stakeholders in making informed, data-backed decisions.

Required Skillset :
