Junior Backend Engineer - Python

Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain backend services in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar).

- Design APIs and work closely with frontend engineers to deliver seamless products.

- Work with PostgreSQL and Snowflake, plus caching layers like Redis.

- Optimize performance and scalability in high-growth environments. (Optional)

- Contribute to full-stack development using modern JavaScript frameworks if you're interested.

- Collaborate on architecture decisions and experiment with AI-powered tools to speed up development.

Requirements :

- Solid Python programming skills.

- Understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, and databases.

- Comfort with Git and modern development workflows.

- Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to take ownership of projects.

Bonus Points For :

- Experience with Datadog monitoring and observability tools.

- Side projects, open-source contributions, or hackathon experience.

- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Exposure to Node.js .
