Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Java Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions in Java programming to beginners and advanced learners. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java and related technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Training Delivery :

- Conduct in-person or online training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and related technologies.

- Prepare and present interactive and engaging lectures, hands-on coding exercises, and project-based learning modules.

- Train students on both theoretical and practical aspects of Java programming.

2. Curriculum Development :

- Design, update, and enhance Java training curriculum as per industry trends and technological advancements.

- Develop course materials, manuals, lab exercises, coding assignments, and quizzes.

3. Assessment & Evaluation :

- Evaluate trainee progress through coding tests, projects, and assessments.

- Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one mentoring sessions to improve learner outcomes.

4. Support & Guidance :

- Guide students through live projects and help them build practical skills.

- Support placement activities by preparing students for technical interviews and assessments.

5. Continuous Learning :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java frameworks, libraries, tools, and best practices.

- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training quality improvement.
