Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Technical Lead to join our growing tech team at Watsoo Express Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java development, strong leadership abilities, and a solid track record of delivering scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of Java developers on enterprise-level projects

- Architect, design, and develop high-performance, scalable applications

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments

- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions

- Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement in development processes

- Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and effort estimations

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture

- Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

- Proficient in version control tools like Git

- Exposure to CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

- Must be willing to work full-time from our Gurgaon office (no remote option)
