Job Title : Java Tech Lead

Experience :

- 5+ years of overall software development experience

- 12 years of experience in a Technical Lead / Team Lead role

Key Skills & Technologies :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java development

- Excellent command over Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices)

- Proven experience with third-party API integrations (payment gateways, external services, partner systems)

- Experience working on large-scale, high-traffic applications

- Exposure to Fintech domain is highly preferred

- Working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP (for lead-level responsibilities)

- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, scalability, and performance optimization

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for heavy traffic workloads

- Oversee and implement complex third-party integrations

- Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance

- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

- Review code, conduct design discussions, and drive technical decisions

- Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Background in Fintech or high-volume transactional systems

- Experience handling complex integrations and real-time systems

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities
