As a Java Tech Lead with a focus on React, you will spearhead the design and development of high-performance web applications, acting as the bridge between backend architecture and frontend user experience. You will lead a team of talented engineers, collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable technical roadmaps. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and efficient data processing for our enterprise clients.

- Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless and performant experience across all web platforms.

- Lead technical code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of high-quality coding standards and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, troubleshoot complex production issues, and optimize application performance.
