Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with 5-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer proficient in Java 1.8 or higher and the Spring Boot framework. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices and APIs, with a strong focus on containerization and CI/CD practices using OpenShift, Jenkins, and GitHub. This role requires expertise in modern development principles, database integration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development & Architecture :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot applications, including REST APIs and Microservices.

- Apply OOP principles, design patterns, and data structures to build highly scalable and reliable solutions.

- Implement advanced concepts like parallel processing, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.

DevOps & Cloud Integration :

- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment from GitHub.

- Deploy and orchestrate containerized applications on the OpenShift container platform.

- Utilize AWS Lambda with the SAM (Serverless Application Model) framework for serverless deployments.

Database & Support :

- Integrate and work with various databases, including NoSQL databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production support.

- Perform comprehensive unit testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize application performance.

Core Experience :

- 5-7 years of professional experience in Java development.

- Strong proficiency in Java 1.8 or higher and the Spring Boot framework.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Experience with Jenkins and GitHub for CI/CD management.

- Hands-on experience with the OpenShift container platform.
