Java Software Engineer

Velodata Global Pvt Ltd is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Java Software Engineer to join our team in Kochi, Kerala, India. About the Role :

As a Java Software Engineer, you'll be a key part of our development team, contributing to the design and implementation of cutting-edge applications. You'll work in a collaborative environment, bringing your expertise to build the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java-based applications.

- API & Microservices : Build and optimize REST APIs and microservices architectures.

- Collaboration & Innovation : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Java Expertise : 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Spring Boot : Strong proficiency with the Spring Boot framework.

- Core Technologies : Solid understanding and experience with RESTful services, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Database Knowledge : Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Education : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications) :

- Domain Knowledge : Experience in the Fintech industry.

- Containerization & Orchestration : Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
