Role Overview:

As a Java React Architect, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for our enterprise-grade product development, bridging the gap between complex backend systems and intuitive user interfaces. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications, working closely with cross-functional product teams, stakeholders, and engineering squads to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and oversee the development of end-to-end solutions using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and system reliability for our global client base.

- Design modular, scalable microservices architectures that allow for rapid feature deployment and improved system maintainability across the engineering organization.

- Lead the frontend strategy by implementing complex React.js and Redux state management patterns to deliver high-performance, responsive user experiences.

- Mentor senior engineering teams through code reviews and architectural guidance to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to align technical debt reduction and feature development with overarching business objectives.

- Optimize database performance and query efficiency using advanced SQL techniques to support data-intensive applications and reporting requirements.

- Drive the mobile-first strategy by overseeing React Native implementations to ensure feature parity and performance consistency across mobile platforms.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying large-scale Java-based microservices within cloud-native environments.

- Proven ability to build complex, state-managed frontend applications using React.js and Redux, with a deep understanding of component lifecycle and performance optimization.

- Strong proficiency in SQL database design, including complex schema modeling and performance tuning for high-traffic applications.
